Endangered Species Overview

DETAILS
This one-day course will provide an overview of several sections of the Endangered Species Act. We will discuss Section 2 (findings, purposes, and policy); Section 3 (definitions); Section 4 (listing and recovery); Section 6 (cooperation with the States); Section 7 (Interagency cooperation); Section 9 (prohibited acts); Section 10 (exceptions and permits), and Section 11 (penalties and enforcement). Like all of our courses this one is taught with a practical approach so that the participant will be able to easily understand the concepts and procedures.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
This course meets the requirements for GADOT pre-qualified consultants.

COST
$250 Registration for 8 hour lecture
